How many PLCs fail to file accounts on time?

Someone alerted me yesterday that Brewdog plc, the well known beer company, was six weeks late filing its accounts.

A few people asked how common it was for a PLC to miss its accounting deadline. So we’ve put together some code that produces an up-to-date list of all the PLCs that are late filing.

The list is here, and will automatically update early every Monday morning.

August will likely be quiet, with just the occasional post and update. But we have a host of policy briefings and investigations ready for the Autumn.
